Your main duties are claims handling in addition to assisting and advising customers in questions regarding claims and services. You will be working with an international team that provides customer service and claims handling for customers in Denmark.

The job includes:

Claims handling and tasks related to it (compensation decisions, document management, contacting relevant stakeholders for further clarification, payments)

Customer service via phone and email
